A good product let down by poor support

This cover fits my recently acquired K10 Version 2 perfectly, and it does its job very well.

I deducted 1 star because it is quite chunky so it needs its own space while you are using the keyboard -I don't like it cluttering my desk.

A second star was deducted because of the very poor customer service. Nearly three months ago, a month before buying this cover, I emailed support with a question and never received a reply!

Keyboard Dust Cover

Having bought the most expensive keyboard that I have ever bought, the Keychron Q6 HE. I needed something to protect it, when not in use. The Keychron Keyboard Dust Cover was the answer. It fits perfectly and does the job. Highly recommended.
